User Obligations

Employer Type:

Only Employers (organizations, traders, etc.) can post job vacancies on jobs-borse.com.

Only announcements for actually existing vacant positions for which there is a corresponding staff position in the Employer's enterprise and for real job positions can be published on jobs-borse.com.

Home-based job advertisements are not published on jobs-borse.com.

jobs-borse.com has the right to delete advertisements with obscene content, those contrary to internet etiquette, or with clearly immoral content, and advertisements that do not relate to offering a specific job position.

Employers who violate or do not comply with these rules are not entitled to compensation, and their advertisements will be deleted.

jobs-borse.com has the right to refuse re-registration or activation of an Employer who has committed more than one violation of these rules.

jobs-borse.com has the right to prohibit advertisements from specific IPs, emails, or phones from which violations for publishing ads on jobs-borse.com have been committed.

jobs-borse.com reserves the right to update the rules for posting ads, and Employers are obliged to periodically familiarize themselves with them. The new posting rules come into effect from the day they are announced on the site.

In one ad, Employers can announce one type of vacant job position.

jobs-borse.com has the right to deactivate registrations of Employers who do not comply with the ad posting rules.

The data through which the resumes of job candidates on jobs-borse.com are formed are stored in the site's database. Jobs-borse.com does not create duplicates of this data for Employers, but only visualizes them in an appropriate form. The purpose of collecting, processing, and storing this data is for jobs-borse.com and with the explicit consent of the data subject. As far as this data constitutes personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, jobs-borse.com is a Data Controller. Employers may decide to collect, store, and process data from resumes related to their ad on jobs-borse.com outside the platform, but this automatically makes them Data Controllers regarding these collected, stored, or processed data from applications outside jobs-borse.com, where they must comply with the Regulation's requirements.

  • The Employer is the Data Controller for the received applications in their account and must comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  • The Employer is obligated not to require candidates for their ads to send special categories of data within the meaning of Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 through jobs-borse.com.

Examples include:

  • Data revealing your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation, or data related to your convictions and offenses.
  • Identity documents, such as personal identification numbers, passport/ID card numbers, and similar.

Candidate Type:

Candidates declare that they will not create more than one Profile, will not share their username and password with third parties.

Candidates declare that they are at least fourteen years old, will provide only accurate, true, and complete information, which will be duly and timely updated in case of changes.

Candidates declare that they will comply with internet etiquette rules and will not violate Bulgarian legislation, will not post materials with pornographic content, act photography, will not incite crimes and discrimination, will not post and exchange information they know or assume is protected by copyright or other rights protected by law, which is offensive, defamatory, or false.

Jobs-borse.com Obligations

Jobs-borse.com does not set conditions and does not require users to provide personal data, but if such data becomes known, the site guarantees that it will be stored in accordance with current European legislation, and the information will be provided to competent state authorities only in cases provided by law, strictly complying with requirements. Jobs-borse.com reserves the right to record, transfer, and process the information provided by its users.

Jobs-borse.com has the right to make reasonable corrections to information posted by users and to delete information posted by a user in violation.

Jobs-borse.com provides users the opportunity to make suggestions about the site's operation, submit complaints and reports regarding problems with malicious actions by other users, as well as cases of incorrect fulfillment of Jobs-borse.com's obligations at the following address: info@jobs-borse.com.

Payments

Jobs-borse.com also offers paid services. The services are paid to “JB” LLC, in the manner specified on Jobs-borse.com, with some primary accounting documents being created and communicated online in compliance with EU legislation.

Payment for services provided by Jobs-borse.com can be made in one of the following ways:

  • In cash /EasyPay/;
  • Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron;
  • Bank transfer;
  • ATM;
  • ePay.bg.

JB LLC informs its clients regarding services provided by Jobs-borse.com that it does not accept cash payments.

Copyright

All materials contained on the Jobs-borse.com site are the exclusive property of “JB” LLC, and any reproduction, modification, deletion, publication, distribution, and disclosure, including imitation of posted materials or the site's appearance, without the explicit written consent of the rights holder - “JB” LLC, is prohibited. The appearance of the Jobs-borse.com website, images, and source code are protected by international law.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by “JB” LLC to improve the quality of provided services and to introduce new ones. Changes may also result from amendments to Bulgarian legislation.

Dispute Resolution. Applicable Law

All disputes arising in the relationships between users of the site and “JB LLC” regarding its use are resolved by mutual agreement, and if such agreement is not reached, by the competent courts, in accordance with applicable European legislation.
